Nichole was born and raised in Los Angeles by her grandparents. She started working at age 15 at McDonalds and she’s now in her forties and hasn’t stopped working since. As she says, “I made some poor decisions when I was a teenager and I didn’t go to college. That has made it extremely difficult to earn a decent living and save money.” Despite the uphill battle for this single mom, she persevered and found a way to save toward the down payment of a home. That’s when Greenline stepped in and gave her $20,250 to help get her over the finish line and into a home of her own in La Quinta, California.
