Nicholas and Erika realized their dream of homeownership when they purchased their home in Atlanta, Georgia. Nicholas grew up in Los Angeles and bounced around from rental to rental until his parents were fortunate enough to purchase a home. He reaped the benefits of that investment as his parents were able to help him through college. Erika, originally from Houston, Texas, has a different story. She grew up bouncing from apartment to apartment never having the stability of a permanent home to come back to. Through hard work, dedication, and perseverance, she is now the first person in her family to graduate from college, graduate school, and own a home. Homeownership for them means stability, safety, a place to make memories, and ultimately build a legacy for their family for generations to come.
