Nicole is Pasadena through and through. She was born and raised in the city, attended Pasadena public schools, and now works for the city. She is also a single mother to two young boys and passionate about civic engagement. She says, “it’s important to show up and be the change we want to see in the community.” She enjoys coordinating community forums for residents to engage with their elected officials and serving on the PTA Board and site council at her children’s school.
Now, with the help of Greenline, she has been able to purchase a home in the city that she loves. “Becoming a homeowner means having a stable place to raise my children and having a place for them that they can always call ‘home’.”
