Born in Peru, Ursula and her family immigrated to the United States and specifically Southern California when she was 12. A native Spanish speaker, she took ESL classes to learn English and she eventually became a Medical Assistant which she still does to this day. Her path to homeownership has been filled with many obstacles, but thanks to Greenline, she was recently able to make her dream of homeownership a reality when she bought a condo in Reseda, California.
